BillingPlatform controls who can view and interact with certain parts of the application through the use of roles. Each user is assigned a role when they are provisioned (this can be changed later). Permissions can be changed throughout the application allowing or disallowing roles from being able to create, edit, view, and execute particular entities or entity fields.
See related articles to learn more about roles within the application and tutorials to learn how to create a role.
Entity - Actions performed on entities can be controlled on a per role basis by setting permissions. These permissions allow or disallow users to perform certain actions on entities. Follow the link for more information on entities.
Entity Fields - Actions performed on entity fields can be controlled on a per role basis by setting permissions. These permissions allow or disallow users to perform certain actions on entity fields. Follow the link for more information on entity fields.
Users - Users are assigned a roll upon provisioning. This allows you to control what the application user is allowed or not allowed to do once signed it. Roles can be changed to instantly raise or lower the level of access they have within BillingPlatform
