Provisioning is the process of adding products and packages to the customer. Provisioning influences what gets billed to the customer every time the billing cycle that has been configured for the customer lapses.

Provisioning can be done to a customer using two methods:

Account Product - Products are provisioned to the customer directly. Individual products are selected and added explicitly to the customer.

Account Package - Products are indirectly provisioned to the customer through existing packages/bundles in the system. This is done to quickly provision groups of products as defined in the Product Catalogue > Manage Packages section.

Furthermore, Account Packages can be updated to include additional products as needed.
