COUNTRY_CODE_MAP

Overview

This entity is used for creating international rates and associating the pricing to provisioned products/packages and rate classes. This is typically used when handling and rating usage that have international/inter-country implications and surcharges. This also allows the flexibility of keeping the number of products created to a minimum since you can associate international prices for each instead of creating one instance of the product for each country and currency combination.
