Products in Billingplatform are the basic building blocks of the product catalogue. When creating products, create them so you may easily identify them. Product names can be anything you would like but must be unique. Read on to learn how to create new products.
Step 1. Navigate through the Products tab.
Go to Products > Product Management > Products. This will show the list of existing products in the system. To create a new product, click New.
Step 2. Entering the basic product information.
This wizard allows you to specify the values and configurations for the product. Fields become available on the fly depending on certain field values and rating methods that are selected. Please refer to the Rating Methods Overview section for more information on the different types of products and how they are created.
