Alerts enable subscribed platform users to receive notifications on failures in various areas of the platform. These areas include, but are not limited to:
- Rating failures
- Collector errors
- Workflow errors
- HTTP callout errors
Alerts can take the form of the following:
- Entries in the Alerts dashboard that is normally displayed on the Home page and will be seen as soon as the user logs in.
- Emails through subscriptions to alerts. Alerts that the user is subscribed to will send emails to the user's configured email address.
- Combination of both dashboard alerts and emails.
