Platform Alerts


Alerts enable subscribed platform users to receive notifications on failures in various areas of the platform. These areas include, but are not limited to:

  1. Rating failures
  2. Collector errors
  3. Workflow errors
  4. HTTP callout errors

Alerts can take the form of the following:

  1. Entries in the Alerts dashboard that is normally displayed on the Home page and will be seen as soon as the user logs in.
  2. Emails through subscriptions to alerts. Alerts that the user is subscribed to will send emails to the user's configured email address.
  3. Combination of both dashboard alerts and emails.
